In this gentle yoga flow, you will be guided through a series of asanas and pranayam designed to help improve circulation and reduce inflammation throughout your body. Several optional modifications will be provided throughout class to help make this accessible to all-levels of practitioners. We will use a blanket and a strap, but you are encouraged to bring any other props you know you like to use. We can't wait to flow with you!
