Julia's greatest passion is to support those who struggle with poor sleep and symptoms of anxiety. As a mindfulness teacher and psychotherapist she sees people almost every day who experience anxiety, ranging from mild nervousness to extreme and debilitating anxiety disorders.
She finds it encouraging that these symptoms can be managed with mindfulness skills, meditations and other simple techniques.
She has developed helpful ways to understand and manage anxiety and sleep disorders, based on her comprehensive knowledge of neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based compassionate living approaches.
She looks forward to sharing insight and tools with you, so that everyone can find more peace in their lives.
